You may get a cheaper lodging deal by booking a room in Mestre, about a 15-minute bus ride away from the main island of Venice. We will pick delegates for the tours from the Tronchetto in Venice and from the NH Laguna Palace Hotel in Mestre.

Public bus transport between Mestre and Venice is cheap, frequent and excellent.

The conference organizers are not responsible for lodging. Each delegate has to find his/her own hotel and deal directly with the hotel in booking a room.
