On both days, our tour bus departs at 8:15 AM from Piazzale Montelungo, adjacent to the main train station. The main train station is called Santa Maria Novella.
To retrieve the map, click the red button and you will see that Piazzale Montelungo is at the side of the Santa Maria Novella train station. Due to roadworks around the area, you may have to watch for blue signs around the station directing you to the bus terminus in Piazzale Montelungo.
After the bus departs, there will be a 2nd pick-up point. At 8:40 AM, the bus will stop at our conference center in Piazza della Calza (i.e., Calza Square), to pick up the remaining delegates.
If you're planning to take the bus from Piazzale Montelungo, go the main train station a day or two before the first tour in order to familiarize yourself with the location. Otherwise proceed to the conference center (for the 2nd pick-up point) on the day of the tour.
Don't forget to show the bus tour driver your receipt for $395 or higher. The receipt serves as your tour bus ticket!
